Product Warranty
Due to the nature of the products, it is not possible to offer any extended warranty as off road scooters are subject to abuse by the end user. Spares/parts are available in order to enable you rectify any minor faults.
In cases where the Company considers the fault is caused as a result of a manufacturing defect, we shall supply the new parts required but the customer must fit these parts. The old defective part must be returned to us for inspection.
However, in cases where the Company considers the fault to be caused by wear & tear and/or abuse, parts shall be supplied at dealer prices. In the event of more serious issues, the Company will take a view on an individual basis.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, we make no other warranty to the buyer or any third party, express or implied as to merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose of the product, or part thereof, sold hereunder.
The remedy provided above is exclusive and we shall have no liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, whether based on contract, tort or otherwise, resulting from any failure or defect of the product or part thereof.
Payment
The Company operates a strictly pro-forma invoice terms and payment of cleared funds is required by the Company prior to despatch of goods.
Credit / Debit Cards (Via Telephone Authorisation) Cheques, Postal Orders and Bank Transfers. All Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to Europium World Ltd. Goods will be despatched upon receipt of cleared funds only.
Once a 12 month trading history has been established with the Company, we shall consider taking a view in respect of the above on an individual basis.
Credit Card Ordering
All Credit Card purchases are arranged through a secure authorisation process (via telephone) which protects both the customer and the company from fraudulent transactions. Goods purchased by credit card can only be shipped to the credit card holder address (in order to protect you).
Delivery
Delivery dates & time are given in good faith by the Company to indicate estimated delivery times but shall not amount to any contractual obligation to deliver at the time stated and is subject to payment clearance, locality, human error, courier company error and system failure.
No liability for direct or consequential loss or damage arising from delay in delivery will be accepted by the Company.
The service providers that we use have thus far proved extremely reliable and trustworthy, however, the Company strongly recommends that your insurers cover goods in transit once goods have left our premises to cover any potential losses during transit.
Europium World Ltd has no objection to our customers arranging collections using their own haulage companies as long as prior notice is provided.
